5. Electronic Design Engineer

Salary: $70,000 per year for a 40 hour week

Responsibilities:

Participate in the conceptual, experimental studies, and product definition

Design and develop electronics hardware and associated software program
-
Implement a functional prototype for design verification

Prepare schematic captures, PCB layout, BOM, and engineering documentation

Assist in test fixtures and test procedures developments
-
Provide technical support to manufacturing, service and production
Technical Skills and Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
-
Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in digital & analog circuit design, and PCB layout
-
Strong working experience of embedded systems design, programming, debugging, and test
-
Proficiency in embedded C and assembly language
-
Experience in RF communication is an asset

Advantage for having knowledge in electrical safety code, CSA and UL standard

Good communication and technical skills
